Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was introduced in 2004; it’s a rugged vehicle with only 2-doors, but Dana 44 rear axle with a 3:73 gear ratio and 10-inch longer wheelbase provide the significant increase in cargo capacity.
It is one of the popular creations of the company today, and of course Jeep doesn’t need introduction as a brand!

2004 Wrangler received tilt steering wheel and AM/FM/CD stereo as standard equipments. Jeep introduced Rubicon Limited in 2005 and a new six-speed manual transmission was added to Wrangler models replacing the old 5-speed unit.
JW Unlimited was powered by a 4.0-L inline-six cylinder engine that delivered 190 hp and 235 lb-ft of torque. The fuel mileage ratings of first generation Wrangler Limited were 14 mpg in city and 19 mpg on highways.

The Unlimited trim had 15 inches longer wheelbase, slightly better ride quality than the standard Jeep Wrangler models, and the result was extra passenger as well as cargo space.

2008 Edition came out only slight equipment changes, including standard Sunrider soft top and optional remote ignition on Rubicon and Sahara Unlimited models.

2009 Wrangler gained a handful of upgrades, including trailer sway control, hill start assist as well as small storage space under the center stack.
4-door 

2010 Wrangler was offered with cloth seats, leather seats (replacing the vinyl ones), tow hooks, tow hooks, fog-lamps, and more easily removable soft top.
It was also marketed in a special 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Mountain edition.
